What do I need to get started?
A Strava account or a GPX file from any GPS device — Garmin, Coros, Suunto, Apple Watch, Wahoo, and most others. If you're designing a print as a gift, you can use a GPX export from the recipient's device or ask them to share an activity link.
What sizes and formats are available?
We offer A4, A3, A2, and 18×24 in prints, available unframed or framed and ready to hang. Every printed order also includes a full-resolution digital download at no extra cost.
Is shipping included?
Yes. Free standard shipping is included on all printed orders. If you need it faster, express delivery is available as a paid upgrade during checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Prints are produced to order and typically dispatched within 3–5 working days. Framed prints may take a little longer depending on stock. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Can I order a print as a gift for someone else?
Yes — you can design the print yourself using their GPX file or Strava data, then enter their delivery address at checkout. We ship discreetly without pricing on the packing slip. Or buy a gift voucher and let them choose their own route and design whenever they're ready.
What if I'm not happy with the print when it arrives?
We offer a replacement guarantee on any print with a manufacturing defect — poor colour reproduction, physical damage, or anything that doesn't match what you approved in the designer. Get in touch with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
