Which print sizes do you support?

Mappa is optimised for European A-series ratios (A4 through A1) and also supports popular US dimensions like 12x16", 18x24", and 24x36". Choose the size that fits your wall and we'll handle the rest.

Can I order both portrait and landscape layouts?

Yes. Switch orientation in the studio at any time--the design engine recalculates spacing, typography, and route scaling automatically so the print stays balanced.

How does the ordering process work?

Upload or sync a route, customise the artwork, then place an order inside the studio. We capture your shipping details, generate a production-ready file, and send the job directly to our print lab partners.

What are the typical production and shipping timelines?

Most orders are printed within 2-3 business days. Shipping speed depends on the option you select--budget (5-8 business days), standard (3-5), or express (1-3). Tracking links are sent as soon as your print leaves the lab.

Can I tweak colours, fonts, or stats after ordering?

Absolutely. You can reopen the studio, adjust the design, and submit a fresh order whenever you like. For tweaks to an order already in production, reply to your confirmation email as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Do you support routes from platforms other than Strava?

Yes. Any GPX file will work--whether it comes from Strava, Garmin, Komoot, or your watch. If you sync Strava directly, we automatically import your recent activities with stats and titles.
