No. You can upload a GPX file exported from any device — Garmin, Coros, Suunto, Apple Watch, Wahoo, and most others. Connecting Strava is optional and simply makes importing and filtering your recent activities faster.

Anything with a GPS track: runs, rides, hikes, walks, swims, and ski tours. Popular choices include marathons and other races, bucket-list rides, long-distance hikes, and a first big event.
What sizes and formats are available?
